This Privacy Policy explains how colinkoko handles information in the Kegel app ("the App"). The App is designed to help users follow kegel exercise routines, keep local exercise progress, and use simple in-app guidance.
Information We Do Not Collect Directly
The App does not require an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, health records, or other contact information through the App.
Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores certain information locally on your device so that the App can remember your preferences and progress. This may include:
- Selected exercise routine and progression status
- Completed exercise history, such as completion dates and routine progress
- Settings for sound, voice guidance, haptics, appearance, and privacy mode
- Garden mini-game progress, rewards, and related status
- Whether certain in-app prompts or guides have already been shown
This information is stored locally on your device using iOS storage. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this exercise progress from the App. If you delete the App, this locally stored information may be deleted by iOS.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and use information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity, approximate location, diagnostics, and interaction data to provide, measure, and improve ads, subject to Google's policies and your device settings. On iOS, the App asks for permission through App Tracking Transparency before using data to track activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.

App Review Prompts
The App may show Apple's official app review prompt after certain positive milestones, such as maintaining a streak or using a garden reward. These prompts are handled by Apple. The App stores a local flag to avoid repeatedly requesting the same milestone prompt.
Health and Exercise Information
The App provides general exercise guidance and habit support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. The App does not request access to Apple Health, and it does not send health records to us.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple's platform terms and privacy practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
